Best for: High-volume agents and teams wanting white-glove, priority handling.
All tiers are billed per closed file, paid at closing. If a transaction doesn't close, the basic transaction management fee is not collected.
Listing-Side Services
The same three tiers apply on the listing side. What changes is when DONE TMC steps in.
Contract-to-Close
Engaged once the listing already has a fully executed contract. Priced the same as buyer-side: CompliancePlus $395, Full Protection $495, or Concierge Guardian $695.
Full Listing Management +$200
Engaged from the signed Listing Agreement: MLS setup and syndication, active listing management, and the offer-to-contract transition, then straight into contract-to-close. Add $200 to the selected tier.

Rush Review
Need a review faster than your tier's standard turnaround? A rush fee can move your file to the front of the queue.
